Ashtanga Yoga workshop Saturday October 15th 2022
The workshop opens with a breathing exercise / pranayama followed by Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary which will be guided. It is possible to practice Full Primary and Intermediate series at your own pace.
After practice we enjoy breakfast/brunch together and the good company. Bring your own breakfast. I serve chai, tea, fruit and nuts.
In the afternoon there will be yoga philosophy and how to build a steady yoga practice. After philosophy we are ready for a playground with head standing technique, handstand, back bend, adjustments and more, open for the wishes from the participants.
Practice level. You need to be familiar with Ashtanga Yoga and be able to do the sun salutation A and B and the standing yoga Asana / positions.
