Ashtanga Yoga workshop Saturday February 3rd 2024

The workshop opens with a breathing exercise / pranayama followed by Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary which will be guided. It is possible to practice Full Primary and Intermediate series at your own pace.
After practice we enjoy breakfast/brunch together and the good company. Bring your own breakfast. I serve Chai, tea, fruits and nuts.
In the afternoon there will be yoga philosophy, how to calm the mind, and how to build or continue a steady yoga and meditation practice. After philosophy we are ready for a playground open for the wishes from the participants. It can be head standing technique, handstand, back bend, adjustments and more. We finish in the afternoon with a breathing exercise/pranayama and relaxation/meditation.

Practice level. You need to be familiar with Ashtanga Yoga and be able to do the sun salutation A and B and the standing yoga Asana / positions.
