Ashtanga yoga
The retreat is suitable for practitioners at levels Primary series, intermediate series and beginners. It is an advantage if you are familiar with Ashtanga Yoga, but not a necessity. There are Mysore style sessions for the practitioners who carry out their Yoga practice to their own rhythm, and also guided classes for beginners and those who prefer this style of practice.

Yoga & Pranayama Playground
We will explore and deepen the asana (positions) from the Ashtanga primary series in groups and in pairs. This is to get a more profound understanding of the postures and the breathing and to see and realise the potential in each asana and in each person.

We will explore and practise in groups and pairs to release tensions in the body, open up the chest, deepening the breath and enjoy time together. Yoga is a union of everything that is!

Pranayama (breath of life practice)
We will practise Pranayama, breathing exercises and meditation. Together we will explore how to practise the 8 limbs of Yoga philosophy. There will be room for requests and questions. And, of course, we will play, have fun, and enjoy.
