Creative Workshop
We begin the weekend by establishing a safe inner space through guided, hands-on creative expression. From that place of calm and stability, we gently explore symptoms, pain, and trauma using painting, clay, movement, and drawing. This process helps us access the underlying emotional and energetic patterns that influence our well-being.
Family Constellations Workshop
This workshop continues the healing journey using Spiritual Family Constellations, inspired by Bert Hellinger’s teachings. We explore how trauma is stored and carried within family systems, and how healing can unfold when hidden dynamics are brought into awareness and fully acknowledged.
