About the Workshop
This workshop is for anyone ready to take new steps in life and face their own shadows — with courage, compassion, and curiosity.
It is especially valuable for facilitators, therapists, and helpers working with people, as shadow work deepens both personal and professional insight.
Are you ready:
- To meet your shadow?
- To reconnect with hidden parts of yourself that hold unknown strength?
- To move beyond judgement — of yourself and of others?
Background: Shadow Work
“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own soul.
One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
— Carl Gustav Jung
According to Jung, the shadow represents the unknown aspects of ourselves — often the traits we reject, deny, or cannot see.
These hidden sides can enrich us when we dare to face them, or bind us when we avoid them.
When we bring these parts into awareness — with kindness and acceptance — they no longer control us.
Then we have the shadow, rather than the shadow having us.
Workshop Focus
Through a skilfully blend of creative expression and Spiritual Family Constellations, participants are invited to explore their inner shadows and their hidden potential.
We will connect to the unseen within us — our needs, challenges, and inner wisdom.
With light and compassion, we will enter the dark, fertile space of the soul where transformation begins.
Our dreams can also serve as guides, revealing shadow aspects that seek to be acknowledged.
Through constellation work, creative exploration, and inner reflection, we open pathways toward inner harmony and wholeness.
For Facilitators & Helpers
The more we become aware of our shadows, the more clearly we see our projections — the tendency to perceive in others what is unresolved within ourselves.
“We see the splinter in the other’s eye, but not the beam in our own.”
Recognizing these mechanisms allows us to stay centered, compassionate, and present — both for ourselves and for those we support.
