Sunday, June 11th – Saturday, June 17th , 2023 in

This retreat seeks to cultivate depth experience through processes aimed to enrich relationships with self (mental, somatic, emotional, relational, and spiritual), others, and the places that we inhabit. The program is designed as daily ritual to support health and healing starting with pre-breakfast yoga and contemplative practice. Mornings include fairy tale interpretation, body mapping, creative writing, journalling, and dreamwork. Afternoons begin with personal time for onsite and local exploration. Later afternoons include family constellations, relational, somatic, nature-based, and creation-centred practices.
Program: Sunday, June 11–Saturday, June 17, 2023.  The program is designed, organized, and led by Dr. Alexandra Fidyk and Pia Storm Kalhof (see bios below). Its schedule and activities are informed by years of experience in Art Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy (trauma-informed), Family Systems & Constellation, Integrated Body Psychotherapy, Yoga, mindfulness, and Jungian psychology.
