About the Workshop
As children, when we listened to fairy tales, songs, or myths, some stories touched us deeply.
We identified with the hero, the king, the witch, or the wanderer, and unconsciously, we began shaping our own life script around these figures.
But what if that inner story — once full of magic — now limits the flow of love and life?
What if it has become a pattern that holds us back from living fully?
Through the lens of fairy tales and myths, and with the help of creative expression and Family Constellation work, we will uncover these inner narratives.
Together, we explore the deeper dynamics behind our life scripts and open pathways to transformation, strength, and healing.
Participants will be supported to move beyond unconscious patterns, reconnect with inner wisdom, and find new possibilities in life.

About the Teaching
The teaching builds on Bert Hellinger’s later work, Spiritual Family Constellations, and his inspiring use of stories and fairy tales as a path to healing and understanding. It also draws on my 20 years of experience with Art Therapy and Family Constellations, including work at Kongsberg Psychiatric Hospital in Norway, as well as insights from international seminars in Sintra, Portugal, focused on fairy tales and storytelling as therapy. During these international gatherings, I had the privilege of leading workshops where Family Constellations, creative expression, storytelling, and fairy tales were woven together into a single, integrative process.
✨ Step into the story of your own becoming.
We look forward to welcoming you — in Kongsberg or online — for a weekend of discovery, creativity, and transformation.
